Need hands-on training? We provide personal instruction on a one to one basis, but you can bring two friends for the same rate. 

The One on One tutoring program proved to be the most efficient way of learning.

We had some very popular courses at the Continuing Education, but we found classes increasingly frustrating for participants being at slightly different levels, holding up others or pressing to hard to continue.

With One on one it is up to YOU to decide on what you need to know without pressure and stress. We help you to become at least self sufficient in operating your computer for your daily requirement.

We will find out from you what you need to know, at the same time we will make sure you understand the basics. Like editing, navigating the cursor around the screen, search Google, understanding maintenance like spyware, antivirus software.

Most software, like word processors, spreadsheets, email, general Windows, have so many features that it would take many sessions to get familiar with them. So instead we concentrate become able to learn new software as you encounter it. To become a power user, familiar with applying the Help features, knowing how to use general Window features, and to use tutorials inside most help.

You are never too old to learn. In fact a computer can be an ideal tool for seniors to get access to the rest of the world, to find things out on the web and to communicate with family and friends via webcams etc no matter where they are in the world. It makes one more "mobile" as it were, whilst staying at home, the world at your feet.
