Our Interests and hobbies

We like astronomy, Jim used to be an astronomy book publisher and distributor and he organized solar eclipse expeditions to Asia, Siberia, Indonesia and Canada for groups of about a hundred observers. He likes computers and built his own in 1959 with radiotubes. Ever since he has been involved with computers, to publish, to program and troubleshoot.

Ellen is especially interested in comets,  and she realized a childhood dream to become a glider pilot, flying at York Soaring in the summer. We like photography and nature, and hang out in Unicamp a lot. 

Ellen is now also licensed to officiate weddings in Ontario as a lay-chaplain with the Elora & Fergus Unitarian church. Other ceremonies performed to honour transitions and milestones: child dedication/adoption, memorial services, funeral/cremation, graduation, coming out/gender transition, pet memorial, retirement, coming of age/croning, house blessings and other Rites of Passage. It's your ceremony.

Louisa (Wies for her friends) is an accomplished graphics designer, publishes newsletters, loves her family and is a go-getter to get people organized. She and her husband Nardo optimize websites for search engines at U-C Webs. She likes camping and exploring Ontario.

Sebastian is our stalwart computer assembler, likes cooking, leading his online guild mates on difficult quests in World of Warcraft and likes many other (online) games on PC and the XBox 360 

Bill is retired from his own successful music business and joined our team to be part of our promotion team with exciting and creative ideas how to bring you the message that you don't need to have any computer problems as we are here to help.

Our main interest at GP Computer Systems is to take care of your computer and prevent you having a problem with it. We will service also computers not purchased from us, because our motto is You don't have computer problems, we take them off you.
